Tripwire

Tripwire — sniper-tax hook. Buys in the first 60s after launch are flagged (full flag in the first 5s, linear decay to zero at 60s). Flagged tokens that leave (sell or send) pay a token cut — 15% in the first hour, linear to zero at 3h — to hook vault slot 0, configured at launch as SellForSol paying the launch creator. On sells, a SOL quote cut applies: the higher of the tenure rate (2% held <4h, 1% 4-24h, 0% after 24h) and the sniper rate (10% x flagged share); the two never stack, and the token cut is capped at 15%. Buys pay nothing to the hook. Reviewer notes: (1) the hook implements the quote-cut callback from the current template — quote_cut opens with the template check_quote_call (quote-cut signer + base mint) rather than check_call; (2) prepare's extra-account registry lists hook vault slot 0's owner account alongside its holding account, because the launch flow reads the slot owner to derive the holding.
